Defense Cluster for Ukrainian defense startups and scaleups.

An exclusive community of Ukrainian defense tech companies that helps manufacturers and defense-tech teams navigate key growth milestones: access to trials, testing, regulatory support, international markets, and verified defense investors.

Defense startups in Ukraine: where growth stalls?

You are building a product for the defense tech market: drones, FPV solutions, communication systems, UAVs, software, miltech, or dual-use technologies. The product is ready. The team is up and running. You even have your first results.
But often, that's where you hit a wall.

Where do industry events take place, and how can you participate?
How do you organize product testing?
How do you get feedback from the military and prove the practical value of your solution?
How do you enter international defense markets, or participate in exhibitions, conferences, and the like?
How do you navigate regulatory policy in the defense sector?
How do you find an investor who truly understands the specifics of Ukrainian defense tech?

Defense Cluster is a practical infrastructure for companies looking to grow in the defense sector in Ukraine and beyond.

FAQ

  • Yes. The cluster unites companies in various defense verticals: UAVs, robotics, communication tools, OSINT, acoustic systems, specialized optics, and dual-use technologies. If your product has an application on the battlefield — you are in the right place.

  • From $2,000/year for companies up to 50 people. The admission fee is 20% of the annual fee. The exact amount depends on the size and type of the company — we discuss it during the intro meeting.

  • The cluster team will help with introductions to current members of the union. This is part of the process — you won't be left alone with this question.

  • From application to the Board's decision — usually 2–4 weeks. It depends on the speed of KYC verification and receiving recommendations.

  • Standard verification via KYCaid. We verify the absence of ties to russia and Belarus. It takes 1–3 days. This is a guarantee that everyone in the room is a verified person. That is why conversations happen here that do not happen anywhere else.

  • Three facts:
    1. Techosystem is a co-founder of the Ukrainian Council of Defence Industry — this is not a partnership on paper, it is joint decision-making at the industry level.
    2. KYC for every participant — you know who is in the room.
    3. Organized interaction with the Armed Forces of Ukraine for testing products.
