Techosystem is not an accelerator, not a fund, and not a government body. We are a neutral, independent platform uniting Ukrainian technology companies, the government, and investors around a shared goal: to build an ecosystem that works for victory and for the country's development.
WHAT WE DO
Defense Tech
We help Ukrainian defense teams go from prototype to serial production: expertise, connections, access to international markets and partnerships.
Case: a team that went from a garage prototype to contracts with military units in under a year.
Startups
We support startups at their most vulnerable stages: mentorship, legal and financial protection, access to a community and resources that are critically scarce during wartime.
Case: a union resident saved hundreds of thousands of dollars through shared terms.
Investors
We create a transparent channel between Ukrainian companies and capital: verified teams, real metrics, and structured opportunities instead of information noise.
Case: investors get direct access to vetted startups without the noise.
While some organizations rescue individual startups, we build the infrastructure in which thousands of companies can grow simultaneously: shared terms, legal protection, access to markets and capital, and a voice in dialogue with the government and Europe.
This is long, difficult, and invisible work. It doesn't produce instant images for reports — it produces a system that will remain with Ukraine after victory.
